Dina has been mentoring and coaching professionals for her entire career, bringing out the best in people through trust, respect and compassion. With more than 18 years of experience leading training and development programs for organizations. She is passionate about enhancing the leadership, effectiveness and performance of Saudi female leaders.
A lifelong learner, Dina is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation, and she's a certified Executive Coach and Team Coach from Marshall Goldsmith (#1 Leadership Coach in the world), In addition a certified Corporate Coach from ATD. She holds two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree all of which she received with high distinction. In addition, she completed an Executive Leadership diploma from INSEAD Business School. And received several certifications in consulting, strategy development, leadership development and performance management from GE, Harvard Business School and ATD.
Dina is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Association of Talent Development (ATD) also is an Affiliate of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. And a member of the American Management Association Women's Leadership Center.
